Whether you need to relieve everyday aches & pains, reduce stress & relax, or recover from injuries I will customize a massage to fit your personal needs.
My goal is to personalize your massage experience to restore you to optimal health and performance, and to help you to accomplish your unique bodywork goals.
My massage style is gentle and relaxing, slow and soothing, like waves washing the warm sands of a tropical beach. When a client is seeking help for a specific painful area, I treat them with care and sensitivity, leaving the client relaxed and refreshed at the end of the session.
De-stress and relax in a tranquil atmosphere where your massage and bodywork needs will be given individual attention. Each client is treated as unique, with individual needs, allowing ample time before and after therapy sessions. Also, all session times listed are full hands-on time. A one hour massage is a full 60 minutes, not 45 or 50. I believe that all clients deserve every minute of their session.
In addition to relieving muscular pain, I believe that massage therapy should be a gentle, relaxing retreat from the stresses of the 21st century. Once a week or once a month, everyone deserves a little Tranquility Time.
